Programas Institucionais PIBID e RP/UESPI: estratégias, experiências e resultados parciais

Abstract

The PROCEEDINGS of the PIBID and RP Institutional Programs represent the strategies, experiences and, especially, the partial results obtained throughout the first year of development of the programs at the State University of Piauí – UESPI/2022-2024 Edition. In this event, held between November 30 and December 2, 2024, 173 scientific papers were presented, including research and experience reports, produced by PIBID students and residents involved in the respective programs, in this edition. For the presentations, those involved based themselves on three thematic axes: 1) Teaching-Learning Process; 2) Reflections on human rights in teaching; 3) Active methodologies: Challenges and opportunities. All presentations took place online, led by class coordinators and faculty members supervising subprojects distinct from the submitted papers. The PIBID program alone featured the presentation of 98 scientific papers, reporting on the strategies and experiences acquired in the 9 municipalities covered by the program. In the Pedagogical Residency – RP program, there were another 75 papers presented, portraying the reality of the actions of the subprojects of 9 municipalities in Piauí, awarded by the RP. The event PIBID AND RP/UESPI INSTITUTIONAL PROGRAMS: STRATEGIES, EXPERIENCES AND PARTIAL RESULTS aimed to publicize the main actions and studies that were being developed during the first two semesters of the program, valuing the academic and cultural production of the members, in addition to interacting with the other subprojects. The event provided an opportunity to concretize the actions of this edition by publishing in the format of PROCEEDINGS. The themes worked on promoted dialogues that directly contributed to reflections on teacher training in the initial process. For this event, we partnered with the State Department of Education – SEDUC to broadcast the opening of the event in a hybrid format, with the memorable work of Canal Mais Educação. Therefore, the participation and involvement of all program members, especially institutional coordinators, area coordinators and faculty advisors, supervisors and preceptors, PIBID students and residents were essential for the success of this event.
